Lance Andrew Drummond, age 59, resident of Attica, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 19, 2022 at his home, with his loving wife by his side. He was born on June 27, 1963 in Rochester, New York to the late Lincoln A. and Vickie J. (Brown) Drummond.
Lance was a graduate of Kennewick High School in Kennewick, Washington. He went on to serve his country for 9 years and 7 months at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington. Following his service to our country, life brought Lance and his family to Ohio where he worked at Midwest Industries for over 15 years. He was a member of the Attica Legion and the Attica Tree Committee.
A true patriot of his country, Lance was very supportive of Veteran’s. In his spare time, he enjoyed attending car shows and was an avid collector. Lance cared deeply for his family; always making sure his wife, Tracy, was taken care of and he cherished the time he spent with his granddaughters. His caring ways were also shown in his request to be an organ donor upon his passing.
Lance is survived by his lifelong, one and only sweetheart and wife, Tracy (Gester) Drummond, who he married in 1984; two children, Kimberly (Nate) Hess and Michael Drummond; two granddaughters, Chloe and Lilly Hess; and two siblings, Martha Drummond and Scott (Lisa) Drummond.
In addition to his parents, Lance was preceded in death by his sister, Lohre Drummond.
