Danny Ray Bays, age 64, of Plymouth, Ohio passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. He was born on November 3, 1957 to the late Clyde Bays and Gladys (Thornsberry) Lawrence. Danny enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and playing the guitar.

He is survived by his six children, Amy (Tyshawn) McDonald, Josh Parsons, Justin (Liza) Bays, Adam (Jessica) Bays, Brooke Bays (Jason Wilson) and Cameron Bays; grandchildren, Emma, Easton and Connor Parsons, Jackson and Lilly Bays, Aiden and Cameron Bays, Caiden Wilson, Molly Nastasi, Presley Wilson, Zithyn and Maxdan Bays, Karystin (Tim) Lindsey and Elijah Cole; siblings, Vernice Thornsberry, Vonna Bays and Lisa (Calvin) Harvey and numerous nieces and nephews; his companion for 14 years, Jackie Colflesh.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his two sons, Danny Ray Kousma and Christopher Lee Bays.

A celebration of life will be held at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Online condolences can be made to Danny's family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com
