I’ve worked with Bro. Amos many years at Ford Motor co. and watched him as he was turning to the Lord. We had so many good conversations there at work. How glorious a day when he surrendered to God and came home to Pleasant View Church over thirty years ago. Bro Amos and Sis. Vonda has been such a blessing to Pleasant View and the Old Regular Baptist where ever they could attend, serving as a Deacon and doing all they were able to do.I’ve seen Bro. Amos so sick so out of it,yet he would ask me so many questions concerning the church. He could not always be there but his heart was certainly there. This is a great loss to Sis. Vonda and all his family and a great loss to all of us his church family as well. He is in the peaceful rest of God our Father. We pray that God will bless and comfort all of us.
