Faye Mock, age 73, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at St. Vincents Mercy Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on September 12, 1941 in Dickerson County, VA to the late Worley and Cecile (Page) Mays. She attended the Willard United Baptist Church and enjoyed working in the yard.
She is survived by her husband, Fred W. Mock; whom she wed on July 31, 1970; three sons, Larry (Gina) Ingle of Norton, VA, Eddie Ingle of Coeburn, VA, and Fred (Denise) Mock II of Willard; six grandchildren, Charles, Melissa, Stella, Jessica, Trey and Trenton; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Shelby Moore of Coeburn, VA and Charlotte Absher of Norton, VA; two brothers, Teddy Mays of Norton, VA, and Rev. Gary Maggard of Wise, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two sons, David Ingle and Mark Hunter.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, where the funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Gary Maggard officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Memorial expressions may be made to Humane Society or St. Jude’s. Fred, we were so shocked when we saw Faye’s Obituary in the paper. I knew she hadn’t been well but had no clue she was so ill. We had talked about meeting for lunch or coffee one day when I am in Willard working. Our thoughts are with you and the family. I will miss hearing from her. Take care of yourself.
