Milford T. Turner, age 77, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014 at the Mercy Willard Hospital. He was born on March 23, 1937 in Hueysville, Kentucky to the late Greene and Dora (Turner) Turner and had been a Willard resident the majority of his life. Mr. Turner retired from MTD in Willard after 42 years of service. He attended the Freewill Baptist Church in Willard and enjoyed gardening, Blue Grass music and mowing his lawn.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Hamons) Turner whom he married on October 24, 1964; a son, Trenton Turner of Willard; and a daughter, Tammie Turner and Kevin McBride of Willard; one granddaughter, Erica (Alex) Weinbroer of Lorain; two great grandsons, Kaden and Nicholas Weinbroer; a brother, Joe (Blanche) Turner of Ashland, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Mark Turner; four sisters, Loucretia Supurlock; Bernice Bailey; Gail Bailey; and Loretta Cochran; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Edna and Paul Hamons.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM with Reverends Ron Parsons and Greg Griffith officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio. Memorial contributions can be made to the Freewill Baptist Church Building Fund. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com

We would like to send our deepest sympathies to the family. I worked with Milford and he was always a pleasure to be around. Mom grew up with him and they went to school together.
