Condolences
Mr. Prater, You are a great father, grandfather and friend. You are a kind hearted, caring man of many talents. Your mentoring and graceful nature has made me a better man. I was blessed with such a great father in law that made me feel like a son. I will miss the great times we had together mushroom hunting, papaw picking, festivals, Kentucky trips, working together and most of all talking about our wives.ļ. Those memories will be forever cherished. You are now and will forever be surrounded by the music that you so loved. Until we meet again, may you rest in peace knowing we all love you dearly.

So sorry to hear of Sid’s passing….he was a wonderful friend and neighbor for a lot of years. My parents lived close to his parents in Willard, Ohio, many, many years ago. The entire family were always there for anyone who needed help of any kind.
Always enjoyed talking with Sid, he could tell the best stories..
God Bless and be with all of his wonderful family.
Ogil had talked with Sid just a few weeks ago and he said he’d had a few problems, but nothing in particular. May he rest in peace.
Pop, I miss you, but knowing your spirit is now free from the pain, cold and blindness, I think I’ll be ok. These past few years with you have been a blessing I will cherish always.
I wish I could have been there to hold your hand, kiss your forehead, and say I love you before you left us. I hope you knew how important you were, and always will be to me. I’d give anything to have you back even for a few seconds, just so I can tell you how much I love you. There will never be a day that passes by that you are not remembered and thought of. I love you,
Love Always,
Your little girl
