Wilma, a breast cancer survivor, had a love of cooking and it showed as she worked at Hillside Acres for 23 years as a kitchen supervisor and also at Fisher Titus in the kitchen. Her strong relationship with the Lord showed in her dedication to her church, Christian Alliance. She was involved in cooking dinners for the AWANA group and in the quilting club. Later in life, she was a volunteer for Mercy Willard Hospital in the gift shop.
Family being the focus of her life, she loved when they would all get together for Sunday dinners. Wilma could keep up with anyone when it came to shopping and enjoyed sewing and collecting tea cups and saucers.
Wilma is survived by her son, Tom (Mercy) Boetcher of Fort Wayne, Indiana; three daughters, Debbie (Gregg) Parker of Willard, Sharon (Bob) Lee of Shelby and Pam (Brian) Napier of Willard; 11 grandchildren, Robert and Christine Triebold of Chicago, Illinois, Trevor and Kayla Ritz of Shelby, Monica, Brittany and Jonathan Lee of Shelby and Emily, Lorin, Sarah and Rachael (Kyle) Napier of Willard; two great grandchildren, Sunni Triebold and Kaiden Lee; sister, Carol (Gene) Long of Shelby; and sister-in-law, Nancy (Henry) Harry of Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania.
In addition to her parents, Wilma is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Boetcher, who passed away on March 31, 2012; brother, Lloyd Bailey; and sister, Donna Funk.
