Barbara J. Cox, age 64, resident of New Washington, Ohio and former Willard, Ohio resident passed away on Sunday morning, September 2, 2018 at the Bucyrus Community Hospital. She was born on May 28, 1954 in Willard to the late Donald and Dessa (Chinell) Taylor. Barbara was a graduate of Willard High School and had worked in hotel hospitality. She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by three children, Jim Cox of New Washington, Leslie (Mark) Johnston of New Washington, and Donna Cox of Willard; nine grandchildren, Makala, Christopher, Paxton, Joslin, Layne, Dessa, Myles, Liam, and Conor; two sisters, Jacqueline (Jim) Kelley of Denver, CO, and Janet (Charles) Cavalier of Willard; a brother, Russell (Julie) Taylor of Plymouth; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Dessa Taylor.
Visitation will be held at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM where the funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM with Reverend Darlene Robinson officiating.
