Franklin D. Combs, age 57, resident of Plymouth, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at his home. He was born on September 9, 1960 in Hazard, Kentucky to Frank Combs and Bess (Spencer) Lewis. Mr. Combs had worked as a supervisor at MTD in Willard and was a veteran of the US Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing the guitar.
He is survived by 2 sons, Frank (Michelle) Combs II of Attica, and Casey Combs of Lexington; four grandchildren, Kayli Jo, Kohwyn Jace, Liam DeVon and Zoey Noelle Combs; a brother, Mike (Kim) Combs of Plymouth; two sisters, Nita (Doug) Beverly of Willard, and Angie (Jon) Siesel of Shiloh; his companion, Bonnie Himes of Plymouth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by a son, Chad Taulbee; his mother, Bess Lewis; step-father, Tony Lewis; two brothers, Chuck Lazar, and Bob Combs; and a sister, Tracie Janzen.
A Celebration of Frank's life will be held at the Messiah House of Prayer Church in Shiloh, Ohio from 2:00 to 5:00 on Monday, June 4, 2018, with a service at 5:00 PM with Mike Combs officiating. So very sorry for the family, each of you happily adopted me as a brother and Bessy loved me as her own. Still very much in shock over this horrible news.
