Condolences
Our condolences in the loss of your mother.
I have fond memories of my childhood in Willard. I remember walking with my mom, Marienne (Hatton)Grisell, from Laurel Street to your mother’s house and sitting on her porch while they visited. Actually, I was more interested in playing with Dorothy’s short-haired gray cat.
At age 98 I think of the decades her life took her through: the inventions from the buggy to the car to the computer; WW II; great strides in medicine; so many presidents…
May your memories sustain you and may it be of comfort to know she was blessed with a long life and family.
