Aunt Betty and Family:
I was saddened to hear about Uncle Red’s death. He was one of the funniest people in my life. He always made people feel welcomed and loved. Because of him, I have an appreciation of wild game (frog legs, venison, etc), baseball and most importantly, his family.
Betty and Red are family treasures–they could be counted on to attend every family event and no matter how many children, in-laws, grand-children they had in their life, they loved them all equally. Laughter was never in short supply.
I am sorry I cannot be there this week but please know I send my love from far away. I am sure Red is telling jokes or great stories to someone in heaven.

Tim, We are sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. You are in our thoughts and prayers. If we can do anything for you, let us know.
Aunt Betty & family, So sorry to hear of your loss of a great husband, father and grandfather. My memories of Uncle Red include being the full time pitcher at all the family reunions, giving every cousin, niece or nephew a chance to bat regardless of thir age or talent. His hunting and fishing stories were as exciting to hear as the trip itself must have been. I will never forget his laugh!! My thoughts and prayers are with you even though I can’t be.
With Love,
Chris Daniel

Our deepest sympathies to the Daniels family.
Red brought numerous hunters to Mike’s Outfitter in the past years young and old. Red enjoyed bringing new people along to show them what the north was all about.
We will miss the evenings in the A-Frame just sitting around the table talking about hunting, fishing trips and of course his family.
Life goes faster than you think! Red you enjoyed every minute of it.
FROM ALL OF US IN NORTHERN QUEBEC YOU WILL BE REMEMBERED!

Dear Aunt Betty and family,
We were so sorry to hear about Uncle Red. He will be missed by so many people and has given a lot of people memories that will last forever!! Ken and I still talk about his trip to Iowa just after we first moved out here and Uncle Red came here to hunt for pheasant. That was our son’s first experiece of seeing pheasant. Our thoughts and prayers are with you even if we can’t be.
